Applying magnetic lashes is a learned skill. Most people pick it up quickly, but if you need a bit more practice, that's completely normal! Once you master this technique, you'll apply your lashes in just 3 seconds - forever.

Pro Tip

Curl your natural lashes and apply a light coat of mascara to the tips before applying your Bella lashes. This improves grip and helps the magnets connect perfectly!

Step 2

Perfect Your Technique

Practice with just the applicator first. Before using the lashes, learn where to position the applicator for your unique eye shape. Once you know the sweet spot, you'll nail it every time.

Tilt Your Head Back

Looking slightly downward into a mirror while tilting your head back gives you the best angle.

Press Firmly

Press the applicator firmly against your lash line. The magnets need to be close to connect.

Keep Eye Open

Keep your eye open during application to see exactly where the lashes are landing.

Pull Back Eyelid

Gently pull back your eyelid to reduce excess skin and get closer to your lash line.

Extra Volume Tip

Want your lashes to really "pop"? Curl your natural lashes before applying. This tilts the magnetic lashes upward for a more dramatic, wide-eyed look!

Step 3

Remove Them Safely

Never Pull Them Off!

Pulling your lashes off can damage your natural lashes over time. Always use the gentle slide technique below.

  1. Hold the lash gently Use your thumb and index finger to grip the outer edge of the lash set.
  2. Slide, don't pull Gently slide the top and bottom lashes apart by moving them in opposite directions.
  3. Store properly Place your lashes back in their case to keep them clean and maintain their shape.

With proper care and the slide technique, your Bella lashes will last 3-12 months. That's hundreds of uses from a single set!

Help

Troubleshooting

Lashes not sticking?
Check you have the right lashes on your applicator! There's a top lash and a bottom lash - they're designed to work together. Mixing them up is the #1 reason for poor grip.
Magnets not connecting?
Try applying a light coat of mascara to your natural lashes first. This gives the magnets something extra to grip onto. Also make sure you're pressing the applicator firmly against your lash line.
Lashes look flat?
Curl your natural lashes with an eyelash curler before applying your Bellas. This naturally tilts the magnetic lashes upward for that dramatic, wide-eyed look!
